Personal Training


The exercise staff at Dynamic Dimensions is available to assist members in getting started with a customized exercise prescription.  Personal training sessions are one-on-one with a personal trainer and include assessment, program design, and evaluation.  Our registered dietitian can also help you understand the importance of healthy eating for your success.  Whether you need a little boost or a long-time commitment, we have the resources you need to succeed.

Personal training, aside from the 3 free initial training sessions included in new memberships, may be purchased monthly.  Packages include training sessions for 2 or 3 days a week in either 30 or 60 minute increments.  Click here to request personal or functional training.
