Eat Well, Live Well, Be Well
Based on concepts of intuitive eating as well as exercise and strategies for sticking to a plan, this 12 week program will cover things such as how to “clean” up your kitchen (clean eating concept), grocery store strategies, label reading, and much more. The focus of this class is to get you past the hype and guidelines to develop a better relationship with food and exercise.
